Coffee Morning at Tasty AZ. Plenty of room at Burrinja, plenty of conversation and catching up with the news etc. We had a wander around the gallery and talked with the resident artists which is always a rewarding and uplifting experience.

Upwey Men's Shed - Easter Raffle
The Upwey Men's Shed joined in with the Upwey Township Twilight Eggstraveganza. The Easter Raffke conducted by the Upwey Men's Shed was very popular with 10 separate prize packages available to be won. The raffle was drawn that very night even though the weather became quite difficult.

Upwey Men's Shed Dines at Upwey Belgrave RSL
The Upwey Men's Shed arranged to dine at the Upwey Belgrave RSL in show of support - we hope to repeat evening dining at the RSL. Partners, friends and family were all invited to attend not just us old blokes.

Upwey Men's Shed rejuvenates RSL Decking
Upwey Men’s Shed members hard at work at the Upwey/Belgrave RSL. We are resurfacing the outdoor decking and doing some preparation work to clean off the old coating before applying the new stain. Thanks to the volunteers who helped today including Richard Gruber, Stephen Reddick, John Osborne, Peter Wild and Gerran Wright. Many hands make light work.

Upwey Mens Shed First Aid Clinic
Upwey Men's Shed hosted a First Aid Clinic conducted by St Johns Ambulance with a focus on use of the Defibulation Machine and CPR.

Upwey Men's Shed Bicycle Clinic
A bicycle clinic was held 21st May 2021. Our technician checked and cleaned bicycles and ensured brakes where adjusted and working properly.

January 2020 Antique Motorcycle Museum
January 2020 the Upwey Men's Shed excursion to the Antique Motorcycle Museum Cheltenham. Great display of all makes and manner of Motorcycles. The Members also enjoy an all day breakfast at the cafe
Feb 2020 Rail Trail Clean-up Project by UMS
A cleanup of the Belgrave - Upwey rail trail was carried out by the Upwey Men's Shed during 2021. The picture shows some of the rubbish collected by shed members. The difference was amazing.
UMS Grass Roots Market 28.09.2019
Upwey Men's Shed held a stall at the Upwey Grass Roots Market in September 2019. UMS displayed and sold tickets to their Christmas Raffle. Local traders generously donate to the UMS raffles which allows us to offer 10 prize groups to be won.

A group of Upwey Men's Shedders at Upwey Primary school cleaning up, installing new bike racks and making the area more secure.

UMS visits Government House July 2019
UMS representatives, Gerran Wright and Stephen Reddick, visit Government House at the invitation of the Governor. The State Government expressed their support for the Men's Shed Movement.
